  • No. All practitioners operating within or alongside Farm 2 Farmacy are independent, self-employed professionals. They maintain their own licenses, certifications, insurance, and scope of practice. Farm 2 Farmacy does not provide medical advice and does not employ healthcare practitioners; instead, we collaborate with qualified professionals to offer integrated, community-centered wellness support.

  • We proudly partner with Agritopia Farms as a local produce source and community collaborator. Their farm provides seasonal, organically grown produce that directly informs our weekly menus and meal planning. This relationship allows us to build meals around what’s freshest and most nutrient-dense, support local agriculture, and strengthen the connection between soil health, food quality, and human wellbeing.

  • No. Farm 2 Farmacy does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Our offerings are nutritional and educational in nature and are designed to complement, not replace, care from a licensed healthcare provider. We encourage clients to work alongside their physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified practitioner when using medically tailored meal plans.

While many clients use our plans alongside care for chronic conditions, individual results vary, and eligibility for medically tailored programs is determined through practitioner guidance and documentation when required.

  • Farm 2 Farmacy – Scheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Farm 2 Farmacy offerings are freshly prepared, small-batch, and scheduled in advance. Because of this, all purchases fall under the following policies.

    General Scheduling Requirement

    • All orders requiring preparation or pickup (including cleanses, meal prep, subscriptions, and custom items) must be scheduled within 14 days of purchase.

    • Orders not scheduled within this window are considered on hold and subject to administrative and capacity holding costs.

    Pickup Days & Times

    • Standard pickup days are Wednesday–Saturday, typically between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

    • Certain programs (such as cleanses or bulk meal prep) may have designated pickup windows, which will be communicated at time of scheduling.

    • Same-day or morning pickup is not guaranteed and must be explicitly confirmed.

    • Sunday or after-hours pickup is not standard and offered only by special exception.

    Rescheduling & Holds

    • One reschedule is permitted within the original scheduling window at no charge.

    • Additional reschedules, extended holds, or repeatedly changing availability may limit future pickup options or result in partial forfeiture.

    • Orders held longer than 14 days may be subject to an administrative coordination fee.

    • Orders held 30 days or longer are considered expired for cash refund purposes.

    Refund Policy – All Offerings

    Cleanses

    • Cleanse orders are non-refundable once held beyond 14 days.

    • Orders held 30 days or longer are not eligible for cash refund.

    • Store credit or partial refund (less administrative fees) may be offered at Farm 2 Farmacy’s discretion.

    Meal Prep (One-Time or Custom Orders)

    • Meal prep orders are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup are non-refundable.

    • Orders not picked up during the confirmed window are forfeited and not eligible for refund due to food safety standards.

    Subscriptions (Meal Prep, Rainbow Salad, Cleanse Programs)

    • Subscription payments are non-refundable once a cycle has begun.

    • Changes or pauses must be requested before the billing or production cutoff, typically 72 hours prior or the Sunday before pick up by 10pm.

    • Missed pickups or unclaimed subscription items are not refundable.

    Retail Items, Beverages & Grab-and-Go

    • All grab-and-go items, juices, smoothies, bowls, toasts, and retail food products are final sale.

    • No refunds once an item has left the shop, in accordance with food safety regulations.

    Workshops, Events & Special Programs

    • Event tickets, classes, and workshops are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

    • Transfers or credits may be offered if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance, at Farm 2 Farmacy’s discretion.

    Store Credit

    • Approved store credit may be issued in place of a cash refund.

    • Credits may be applied toward any Farm 2 Farmacy offering.

    • Credits are valid for 6–12 months, depending on the program.
