Our Core Menu Framework

At Farm 2 Farmacy, we build our weekly menus around 11 core meal formats designed to provide variety, balanced nutrition, and familiar favorites. While the style of each dish remains consistent, the ingredients, flavors, and recipes change throughout the year based on the seasonal harvest.

Because we work closely with Agritopia Farm, much of our produce is selected at peak freshness and incorporated into our meals each week. This means a pasta dish, stir fry, or stuffed vegetable may look completely different from one season to the next while still delivering the same commitment to flavor, nourishment, and quality.

Every meal is crafted to be:

  • Whole food plant-based

  • High in fiber

  • 18–25g+ protein

  • 550 calories or less (most meals)

  • Minimally processed

  • Free from artificial ingredients

  • Made with seasonal produce whenever possible
